These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AEK Technology website and the purchase of products and services from AEK. By browsing our catalog, submitting a request for quotation, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Quotations are provided for informational purposes and are valid for the period stated on the quote. All orders are subject to acceptance by AEK and to the availability of components through our authorized lines and supplier network.

• Pricing - prices are quoted exclusive of taxes, duties, and freight unless otherwise stated, and may be revised for long-lead or obsolete items.
• Lead times - estimated lead times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed unless secured under a long-term agreement.
• Minimum orders - certain product lines may carry minimum order quantities or non-cancellable, non-returnable terms.

Many aerospace components are subject to export-control regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export, re-export, and import laws, and you represent that you will not divert any product in violation of such laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the terms stated on the order acknowledgment. AEK reserves the right to suspend shipments or require prepayment where accounts are past due. Title to goods passes upon full payment; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

AEK arranges shipping through vetted carriers and can provide custom kitting, labeling, and ESD/aerospace packaging on request. Delivery dates are estimates. Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization and may be subject to restocking terms; custom, obsolete, and special-order items are generally non-returnable.

Products are supplied with the warranties, certifications, and traceability documentation provided by the original manufacturer or authorized line. AEK passes through applicable manufacturer warranties to the extent permitted.

Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is,” and AEK disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the products or services. AEK's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the AEK Technology name and marks, is the property of AEK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names and part numbers are referenced for identification purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AEK Technology is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
